I am currently offering the classes you will find on this page. Each class will have a description and photo of the finished project. You will also find class dates, class times, and cost. If sewing classes are for a minor child, please complete the liability waiver at the bottom of this page. One waiver per child is needed.
Journal Cover $25.00
In this class, learn to work with cotton fabric and batting to create a unique cover for your composition notebook. Materials for this course are included in the course fee. Fabrics will vary based on availability. This project will be accomplished in one session. The class is scheduled for April 4, 1:00pm-4:00pm or May 29, 9:00am-12:00pm.
Zippered Bag $40.00
This medium-sized zipper pouch uses small cotton squares that are sewn together to create a cute patchwork design. Batting is used to give the pouch some extra stability and you will learn to put in a zipper. Materials for this course are included in the course fee. Fabrics will vary based on availability. This project will be completed in one session. The class is scheduled for April 8, 9:00am-12:00pm or April 18, 5:00pm-8:00pm.
Fence Rail Quilt $120.00
Learn to make a quilt! The finished size of this lap-sized quilt is approximately 44″x56″ and a perfect pattern for beginning machine quilters. Throughout the class, you will learn to sew the quilt top together, sandwich a quilt, sew the layers together with a ‘stitch-in-the-ditch’ method, and do a binding. Materials for this course are included in the course fee. Fabrics will vary based on availability. This project will be completed in three sessions, June 5, June 12, and June 26, from 9:00am-1:00pm.
